“The willingness of the staff to resolve issues, even accommodating a room change during a busy period, speaks volumes about their commitment. The property's rustic charm is evident in its public spaces, and the renovated rooms provide a comfortable and well-appointed retreat, though navigating the upper floors without an elevator requires some consideration. It's a place that balances its older character with attentive service and ample amenities.”
